01 Acceptance of Terms

Common verification documents include a government-issued ID and a recent bank statement or mobile wallet transaction record. Accounts that cannot be verified to meet the above criteria will be suspended or closed.

03 Account Management

When you register with bet8, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person. bet8 will not be responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.

All account information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. If your contact details, payment method, or other information changes, you are responsible for updating your account accordingly. Providing false information at any stage is grounds for immediate account closure.

bet8 accounts are for personal use only. Using your account for commercial purposes, operating a betting syndicate through a single account, or facilitating access for third parties is prohibited and will result in account termination.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bet8 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, direct bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions typically process within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. bet8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. Before processing a withdrawal, bet8 may request identity or payment verification documents. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts and payment methods registered in your own name. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Any active bonus balance must have its associated wagering requirements fully met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• bet8 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account will require additional verification.
• bet8 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of processing hours may be queued and handled on the next available business day.

Any deposits made in error or through means that are later found to be fraudulent will be reversed. bet8 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

05 Sports Betting Rules

bet8 offers sports betting markets across cricket, football, esports and other sports. Cricket coverage includes Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, Test series, and major ICC tournaments. All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question, which are available within the betting section of the platform.

Key principles that govern sports betting at bet8 include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be amended, cancelled or reversed after it has been accepted by the system except in circumstances where bet8 exercises its discretion under these terms.
• Odds are subject to change up until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• bet8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was affected by a technical error, a data feed failure, or odds that were clearly displayed incorrectly due to a system fault.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live data feed being accurate at the time. If a match result has already been determined at the time an in-play bet is placed — even if the platform has not yet updated — bet8 may void the bet at its discretion.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market. In most cases, bets on voided events are returned at odds of 1.0.
• Maximum bet limits per market and per event apply. These are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by sport, market, and user account.

bet8 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close betting markets at any time without prior notice. This applies particularly in situations where integrity concerns arise around a specific match or event.

06 Casino and Games

The bet8 casino section includes slots, live dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat), game show formats, and fish games. All casino games are provided by third-party game software providers. The rules for each game are available within the game itself. RTP (Return to Player) percentages and house edge information are available from the game provider documentation accessible through the casino lobby.

Casino games involve chance. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes. bet8 does not guarantee any particular outcome from casino play and does not represent casino games as a source of reliable income. • Technical malfunctions in any casino game render the round void and the stake is returned. If a malfunction occurs mid-round and a result has already been determined, bet8 will work with the game provider to confirm the correct outcome.
• Live casino game results are determined by physical outcomes — card deals, roulette wheel spins — and are final once the round is closed by the dealer.
• Progressive jackpot winnings are credited to your account balance as a lump sum and are not subject to additional wagering requirements unless specifically stated in the game's promotional terms.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

bet8 offers bonuses for both sports betting and casino play. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page alongside each active offer. General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means a specified multiple of the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire after this period.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time per account unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. bet8 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus offers if it determines that a player is using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Free bet offers in sports betting are credited as a non-withdrawable bonus. Only the winnings from a free bet — not the stake value itself — are credited to your withdrawable balance.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

bet8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-way, reasonable notice will be given where possible and any qualifying progress already made towards wagering requirements will be honoured within the limits of what the platform can determine.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet8 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and a permanent ban:

• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person in opening an account that circumvents a previous closure or ban.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to place bets, interact with casino games, or access the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical faults, pricing errors, or system glitches to place bets at incorrect odds or gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating bets with other users in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (sometimes referred to as matched betting or arbitrage when done in bad faith against platform terms).
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds and withdrawing them without meaningful betting or gaming activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or at any point during account use.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts, or interfering with the platform's security or technical infrastructure in any way.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

bet8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these terms has occurred, or is likely to occur. Where an account is suspended for investigation, bet8 will communicate with the account holder through their registered contact details within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) that is confirmed as legitimately deposited and not subject to any ongoing investigation may be returned to the account holder through the original payment method at bet8's discretion.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting bet8 support. Self-exclusion options are available through the Responsible Gaming section if you wish to restrict your access for a defined period rather than permanently closing your account.

10 Limitation of Liability

bet8 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the platform running reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet8's liability to any user is limited to the actual PKR balance held in that user's account at the time a claim arises. bet8 is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or any consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including losses that result from technical failures, incorrect odds, or market errors that are subsequently corrected.

You use the bet8 platform at your own risk. Betting and casino play involve financial risk and you may lose money. bet8 does not accept responsibility for gambling-related financial losses beyond what is described in these terms.

11 Privacy and Data
